Agreement to terms

These Terms govern your use of the Housabl mobile app and this website (together, the "Service"), operated by Housabl. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Early access

Housabl is currently in early access. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice, and the Service is provided free of charge during this period. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we'll tell you before any existing free functionality starts requiring payment.

Accounts and households

• You must provide accurate information to create an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You're responsible for what's added to your household under your account, and for managing who you invite to it.
• You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, or to store or share content you don't have the right to store or share.
• Attempt to access another household's data without authorization.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service's normal operation.
• Use the Service to store or process someone else's sensitive personal or health data without their consent.

Your content

You retain ownership of the data you add to Housabl — bills, medical and vitals records, documents, and everything else. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you and your household, including running the AI-assisted features you opt into.

Health and medical information

Housabl is a personal record-keeping and reminder tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AI-generated insight on vitals or medication trends is informational only — always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.

Third-party services and devices

Some features connect to third-party services or hardware you control — for example Apple Health, Health Connect, calendar apps, or smart-home devices on your network. We aren't responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of those third-party services.

Service availability

We aim to keep Housabl available and your data synced, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Offline-entered data syncs once you're back online; we're not liable for data conflicts arising from extended offline use across multiple devices.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting hello@housabl.app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or other users.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, especially given its early-access status. To the extent permitted by law, Housabl is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including missed reminders, data loss, or reliance on AI-generated insight.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We'll update the date at the top when we do, and material changes will be communicated in-app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
